October 5th: On Site Coordination Sheet
2018-2019 Program Schedule for Mentors
All sessions are held on Friday afternoons. Please arrive at 3:00pmto help with set up, and plan to leave at 6pm after clean up. The girls will arrive by 4:15pm, and will be picked up by 5:45pm. During this time we can review the Mentor-led activities for that day.

Here is a link to the “replication site” where templates are posted for all of the sessions, including guidance provided to Mentors for each session. From this page you can get an idea of what your role is for the various activities. Note: we will send customized and updated versions of the guidance to you prior to each session.
