Lucy Basile

Lucy Basile is a current senior at Ridgefield High School. This is her third year as a mentor for Ms President US, and she enjoys every second of it.

Lucy is an active member of the RHS theater program, and is currently serving as the vice president for her school’s troupe of the International Thespian Society. Along with the International Thespian Society, Lucy has taken a part in all of the performances that have occurred during her high school career.
Lucy also loves to serve her community, and is active in the National Charity League, having achieved the gold level for the Presidential Volunteer Service Award twice. She has also served as President, Treasurer, Historian, and Parliamentarian for her class in the National Charity League.

Lucy has a passion for politics and understands how important is it for girls to learn their place, in the House (and Senate!). She hopes that Ms President can inspire young girls to become more active in the political process, and can’t wait to work with the aspiring candidates.
