Kyela McGuire

Kyela McGuire is a junior at Old Saybrook High School, and this is her third year as a mentor at Ms President US. Including her time as a participant, she has been involved in the program for six years in total. At her school she is a member of the tennis team, editor of the school newspaper, and President of the Spanish club. Kyela is an accomplished cello player and has played for seven years. Her music is something she likes to incorporate into her community involvement. Volunteering and availability to others are things she values very much, and through this program, Kyela hopes to show young girls how important their voices and opinions are to the world.
