Liz Osterhus, Executive Director and Founder of Ms President US.

A resident of Ridgefield for 14 years, Liz and her husband are the parents of two children, a 7th grade boy and a 6th grade girl at Scotts Ridge Middle School.

Liz is currently Chief People Officer at Ipsos MMA, a global leader in predictive analytics.  Previously, Liz held leadership roles in non-profit organizations including as the National Director of Volunteer Outreach for the March of Dimes, and as Program Director for the American Academy of Pediatrics.  In addition to project management and budget responsibilities, Liz has led the development of educational programs for youth, and has designed and implemented training programs on a variety of topics including leadership and change management.

Liz has an extensive history of successful grant writing and fundraising, generating more than $10M in funds for the organizations she has served.

Liz earned a Bachelor’s degree from Trinity College and a Master’s degree from Northwestern University.
